Did you all feel like you just wanted to throw your hands up and start over?
Maybe they have ground and ground and nothing seems to work?
Or did you grow so quickly that everything around you feels like a hot mess?
A few weeks ago I wrote about a book that I read by Rick Rubin with the name Creative Act, and the parallels between the art and creation of a company.
In the book, Rick talks about the feeling that the artist describes when they are separated from their art. If this initial boost of inspiration flabs up and it just feels like it would hit color on canvas without bringing a finished piece closer.
Sounds familiar? I thought so.
Rick continues that an artist when it feels that one of two things happened. The artist has changed or the times have changed.
Art is a reflection of the internal and outer world of the artist during the time of creation. The extension of the time that is needed to grasp the ability to grasp this state.
The result is a loss of connection or enthusiasm over time.
The same applies to business.
A business model is not static. It reflects the vision of people in the business and the condition of the market outside of business at a certain point in time.
If things that worked earlier no longer worked, something has changed.
When this vision, which once felt so clear, has changed something.
To scale, your company also has to change.
But you already know that. So why is it so painful that you only want to press the Reset button?
It is because change is difficult, simple.
If it feels like there is constant fire and you don’t know what should bring out first is difficult.
If it feels like your wish list is a million miles long, but you don’t know where to start, it’s difficult.
But here are the good news.
Most of the time you don’t really have to feel that you have the feeling that you have to start again.
You already have things that work. And sure there are only a few things that don’t.
You can’t always see what what is when you’re in there. But if you have stepped down and all the pieces of the puzzle have put on the table, you would see which parts fit and which parts do not do.
That’s what The Bie Lean Blueprint is about. It is about putting all the pieces of the puzzle on the table and ensuring that they fit together to create a picture that actually matches your vision and your world.
Because if they were there for a while, something has changed. And if you want to scale, we make sure that your foundation is solid first.
If you want to learn more about how we can create your blueprint together, we will find a time for chat.
