- More than half of the budget prints, together with too many not used apps and licenses, are Driving Saa’s consolidation or spending cuts
- Companies have an average of 106 Saas appsfrom 112 in 2023, which showed a slowdown rate of the SaaS consolidation, which fell from 14% to 5% compared to the previous year.

The most important concern for organizations is to secure the SaaS stack
Security is the first concern of this year, just like last year. This is not surprising because security concerns increase, especially insiders threats and sensitive data that are publicly shared. This requires immediate attention.
The effective solutions include providing strict access controls, the implementation of tools for the prevention of data loss, the use of file -governance technology and investing in comprehensive training as an employee in order to reduce compliance and reduce weaknesses.
60% of IT teams have too much manual work
Too much manual work prevents you from performing strategic projects, e.g. B. the introduction of AI.
The constant cycle of repetitive, low values such as routine server expectation, software patching and basic error correction consumes valuable time and resources. As a result, IT professionals are constantly in a reactive mode and have difficulty keeping pace with the daily operational requirements, which means that only a little or no capacity for future-free projects remains.
Automatic newcomers play a role in the ineffective purchase and renewal process
A worrying 40% of the organizations still follow the renewal manuallywhich indicates dependence on spreadsheets, calendars and human memory. This approach is naturally susceptible to mistakes, missed deadlines and lack of real-time visibility in the upcoming renovations. Aside from that, 34% rely exclusively on automated warnings for important cancellation dataWhat offers improvement compared to manual persecution offers a limited strategic value. These warnings often trigger only in the eleventh hour, so that an inadequate time for a thorough evaluation, negotiation or alternative procurement remains insufficient.
The lack of robust renewal management strategies becomes problematic at the negotiation with providers. Industry chords play a crucial role in these negotiations. Without access to precise data on typical pricing, usage patterns and contractual conditions in your sector, organizations are clearly disadvantaged.
The SaaS propagation is shifted to centralized IT control
Saa’s spread is not a new concept and luckily the wild journey ends. The majority (78%) have some apps sanctioned.
We see a growing trend of larger IT control over IT resources.
- 33% Consolidated redundant apps/accounts
- 41% More SaaS apps made IT-managed
The days of the employees who do their own thing fade and it occurs to bring a few order to chaos.
