GCT plans to improve the advanced GDM7243SL 4G/5G chipset to support them Iridium ntn nb-iot
GCT Semiconductor Holding Inc., a leading designer and supplier of Advanced 5G and 4G Semiconductor Solutions, announced his cooperation with Iridium Communications Inc. To integrate gdm7243sl chipset.
GCT and Iridium will work together to accelerate the development of a new Iridium® network-capable naked band internet of things (NB-IT) based on requirements for 3Gpp release 19. Both companies will jointly examine opportunities, business models, application cases and commercial provision that have been developed for the New Iridium Network NB-IT chip set for the next wave of 5G requirements.
